The Cooke Cinetal 25-250mm T3.7 is a  classic Cooke zoom lens released in the late 1980s and is a legendary industry standard zoom. The 25-250mm offers a great range from a wide 25mm to a long 250mm, making it a workhorse for both wide and telephoto work. The lens is designed for Academy 35, and for large sensor coverage a simple 1.2x expander is used to retain the Cooke Look. The lens is organic and sharp but handles the image without feeling harsh. It is solidly built, ergonomic, and has flattering character. Cooke designed the lenses to naturally emphasize skin tones. Hence part of the Cooke Look . . .
